# FAQ

> Answers to common questions about Nikiwa, coverage, keys, and results.

## What should I paste into chat?

Use a wallet address, token contract, transaction hash, market link, or X handle. Include the network when relevant. See [Chat & Address Detection](/product/chat).

## How do I analyze a transaction?

Paste its hash or signature directly into chat and name the network. See [Transaction Analysis](/product/transaction).

## Can I use my app-created key with the Tools API?

Keys you create in the app work with MCP. API access needs a separate key you request from us. See [Authentication](/api-reference/authentication).

## Why does the same address need a network?

The same `0x` address can exist on several networks, including Hyperliquid. Include the network name so Nikiwa checks the right account.

## Does an empty result mean there is no risk?

No. The tool may lack data for that address or network. Ask which checks completed and which had no data. Risk scores are not financial advice.

## Where can I install Nikiwa?

See [Downloads](/product/platforms) for web, desktop, and mobile access. Use the same account for your history and saved addresses.

## What does my plan cost?

Check the app's plan panel for the current offer and limits. See [Plans & Pricing](/product/plans-and-modes).

## How do I ask about my data or report a problem?

Read [Security & Privacy](/product/security-privacy) or contact [support](mailto:support@legalblock.com). For address reports, see [Report a Scam Address](/product/scam-reporting).
