# Security & Privacy

> Understand what you submit to Nikiwa and where to find privacy and account controls.

## Addresses and conversations

Nikiwa receives the addresses and transaction hashes you include in a message. Your messages and saved labels can connect a public address to you or your investigation.

Your account includes conversation history and an [address book](/product/address-book). Addresses you save are stored with the labels you give them.

## Keys and passwords

Never paste a seed phrase, private key, password, or developer key into chat. Store [MCP keys](/mcp/api-keys) in your client's configuration and revoke any key that has been exposed.

Keys you create in the app work with MCP. API access needs a separate key you request from us.

## Risk scores

Risk scores and AI answers are not financial advice. Check the sources and their dates before acting. An address or token with no risk flags may still be unsafe.
